Little Azio- Vinings
This 2,800 gsf restaurant is based on the “fast casual” concept pioneered in the original Little Azio in Midtown Atlanta. Playing off of the original, but expressing a sense of individuality, the new 150 plus seat restaurant expands on the palette of bright colors, crisp wall tile, rich millwork and unique lighting. La Tavola Trattoria- Virginia Highlands
This is a complete renovation of an existing restaurant in Atlanta’s popular Virginia-Highland neighborhood. Exposed brick, dark wood floors and a rich palette of colors give it a fresh and invigorating twist, simple yet elegant. The 80 seat restaurant provides an intimate atmosphere for it’s patrons. The small restaurant features a new exhibition kitchen and bar. The simple-rich interior here creates the kind of swank urban image that sucks people in off the street. -
Octane Coffee
Small but mighty project. With a tight budget, a small space, but a great concept~ a brand was created. Located in West Midtown's Brickworks, the building had been a warehouse. Working with the shell, the existing brick was left exposed & created a glowing canopy over the coffee bar. The coffee shop's windows open to the view of the Marietta Artery and Atlanta's Skyline. How many companies first started there.... -
Food Studio
The adaptive renovation consists of a 3,500 sf restaurant, a 4,800 sf catering facility and 5,000 sf corporate office space for a prominent Atlanta restaurant organization. Contained in a turn-of –the-century industrial forge, the brick and heavy timber shell now serves as a crucible for the melding of styles – old and new, creating a vital atmosphere. Dark and sexy, the restaurant is a big draw with well-dressed in-towners on their way to the theater or a gallery opening. Ancient machinery from the building's days as a manufacturing plant hangs from the ceiling; exposed brick, a romantic little fireplace, a copper-plated staircase and dozens of flickering candles give the large main dining room a subdued, calming vibe.
